Weddings/Wedding Receptions

Wedding Cost: $2000.00 for Ceremony

Includes 100 Chairs, Dressing Area, Guaranteed Rehearsal, Guaranteed Decorating Time, and Coordination of Ceremony by Rock Springs Staff.

Additional Chairs: $2.75 (per chair) White Wooden Padded Folding chairs

Reception Charge: Charges depend on room assignments and food and beverage minimums.

Miscellaneous Charges Involved in Receptions:

90” White Linen-No Charge

120” Floor Length Linens - $5.00 each

Poly-Cotton Colored Toppers – $10.00 each

Linen Napkins (white, burgundy, green, red, purple, gold, royal blue, and black) – no charge

Other Colored Napkins - $2.00 each

Cake Cutting Fee - $1.00 per person (waived if cake is substituted for dessert from our menu)

Chef Attendant Fee - $25.00 (If carving, saute or dessert station is chosen)

Bar Setup Fee - $65.00 per bar and attendant
Weddings over 150 people will require 2 bartenders

Parking Attendants - $15.00 per hour per attendant
Weddings over 150 guests will require 2 attendants

Other Information:

Decorating time is based on other bookings.

All Décor is the responsibility of the Client, Rock Springs provides mirrors, hurricanes, and candles at no charge.

All loading and unloading must use rear entrance.

All events booked outside must have a rain site. It can be the same site as the reception site.

A fully equipped, flexible facility, Rock Springs Center is adaptable for the following: Anniversary Celebrations, Bat & Bar Mitzvahs, Black Tie Affairs, Birthday Parties, Bridal Showers, Business Expos, Corporate Functions, Fashion Shows, Holiday Parties, Luncheons, Meetings, Music Festivals, Rehearsal Dinners, Theatrical Productions, Theme Parties, and Trade Shows.

Rock Springs Courtyard and Courtyard Ballroom
Seats 150 to 500 people for dining
Dance floor & staging available

Rock Springs Ballroom
Seats 120 for dining
Dance floor available

Rock Springs Banquet Room
Seats 100 people for dining
Dance floor available

Belmont and Rock Springs Room
Seats 40 people for dining

Courtyard, Courtyard Ballroom & Ballroom                                             Seats 700 people for dining & 1000 for theatre
Dance floor & staging available


Extra Costs you may incur for each event based on your selections:

All food and beverage prices subject to current sales tax and 19% service charge.
Bar Set-Up Fee: $65.00--$130.00 if you have 150 + people
Carving Attendant: $30.00 (for carving, saute & dessert stations)
Parking Attendants: $15.00 each (will need 2 if you have 150 people)
Cake Cutting Fee $1.00 per person (will be waived if used as a dessert at a meal)
120” Floor length linens: $5.00 per table
Colored toppers for the table $10.00 each table
Extra color of napkins $2.00 each (house colors are white, black, burgundy, red, green, purple, gold, and royal blue)
